-Some doors are locked for storage.
-All events must have a prior authorization.
-Outdoor Security cameras to protect you and the property.

Checkin information will be provided on the arrival date. Host will send a reminder for the ETA, Check In time starts at 4pm.

Other things to note
☑ Security Deposit and Cleaning fee: Please note that the Cleaning fee ($295) is not included in the auction bid, it is required at the time of confirmed booking. An upfront security deposit of $500 from confirmed booking and it will be fully refunded within 2 days after checkout if there was no damage found inside the house. 

☑Please DO NOT BOOK if you plan to host a loud/Drinking/Wild party. Nor for any type of business transaction onsite, or you will be asked to leave immediately.

☑ ** Home is only for guests staying in the home NOT an event host site.

☑ No sports hosting! No beer parties. No pets. No smoking period on premises!! Such findings will result in loss of refundable deposit of $500.

☑ Disclosure: Outdoor security cameras are in place to protect you and the property.
