Yudong Yan ’21 (M.Arch.)
Yudong Yan is starting a career with Strabala + Architects, the firm behind the Shanghai Tower and a company widely recognized as a leader in sustainable design. The company uses renewable energy, natural light, landscaping, and more to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings. Yan credited RIT’s Master of Architecture program for providing him with the skills necessary to address technology, building performance, site, climate, social issues, and urbanism with sustainability and resiliency in mind.
