Girl Crush from Graft Cider/Talea Beer Co.

This is a collaborative Cider designed to emulate a Paloma cocktail. Made with a base of grapefruit and agave, this cider also exhibits notes of lime, apple, hibiscus, and sea salt.

Fun Wines for the Weekend!
Kelley Fox Wines
"
Nerthus"

2020

From Oregon's Willamette Valley comes this natural white wine with some *wait for it* skin contact. Made of 75% Old Vine Muscat and 25% Pinot Gris, this wine undergoes an initial fermentation on the skins after which the juice is then allowed a period of malolactic fermentation, lending the wine a smoother texture. On the nose you will find notes of Peach and Apricot, notes that also find their way into the bone-dry palate.

Martha Stoumen
"
Mendocino Benchlands"

2020

This natural red blend from Martha Stoumen is what she considers a "poolside sipper", the kind of red wine you can chill and enjoy on a hot day. A blend of Petit Syrah, Zinfandel, and Nero d'Avola, this wine is both elegant and fun. Martha suggests opening this when you're "feeling groovy" and we can't help but agree. With medium body, bright acid, and rendered tannins, look for notes of orange and tart raspberry. Additionally, Martha Stoumen curated a playlist with Noon Pacific to be enjoyed with this wine. You can find the spotify playlist, titled "Shag Carpet Groove Tunes" below.

Fuk Single Grain Japanese Whisky

New to the store is a very cool whisky out of Japan. FUK stands for Fukuoka International Airport. Located in Kureme city, Fukuoka prefecture. Distilled from Barley and aged 3 years, this whisky has a very unique flavor profile. It has a medium body, with plenty of oak notes, but there is a vibrancy to the flavor from the barley and even a slight sweetness to the finish. This is a great spirit for both aficionados and those who are new to whisky.

Cheers!
