The Past Few Weeks at the CAW...
Have been busy! Pop-up art shows, the return of VADA, the return of Solstice, the return of live performances, the return of in-person classes. If you've missed the updates on social media, here is a look back at the last few weeks:
We had our first live-audience event in over a year at the CAW in April, when company in residence The Santa Barbara Centre fore Aerial Dance conducted their end of year show for a small audience of family and friends.
After a forced year off, VADA returned to do their end of year student art show at the CAW for the fifth year running.
Solstice returned to the CAW in May, filling the space once again with puppets, masks, costumes, glitter, and art of all kinds, as summers at the CAW should be.
And these are just a few examples of what's happening and coming up! Stay tuned for more art shows, classes, festivals, performances, and much more on the docket for the coming months.
