Demographic Analysis Reports for Major Capital Justifications
Spectrum Analysis is proud to announce we are currently assisting six Independent Schools that are members of the Association of Independent Schools of NSW (AISNSW) with applications for major government funding through the Building Grants Assistance (BGA) Scheme.

Each application requires a Demographic Analysis Report that includes future student populations, a competitor analysis and details outlining the financial capability of the area’s residents to afford independent schooling.

If you are looking at expanding your existing campus, or looking at new campus opportunities, you will need a Demographic Analysis Report so that your leadership team and board can work with a facts-based analysis to make informed decisions, complete accurate financial modelling and provide justification for capital expenditure.

📞 Please contact Spectrum Analysis if we can provide a Demographic Analysis Report for your school, college or university.
