The Preserve WV AmeriCorps program is the statewide national service initiative where AmeriCorps members help main streets thrive, help capture our local history, and preserve beloved West Virginia landmarks. Preserve WV offers members a unique opportunity to provide meaningful service to communities in West Virginia while gaining professional experience and hands-on training in the fields of public history and community development.
Preserve WV AmeriCorps is currently recruiting for one-year service opportunities to begin on August 30, 2021.

- Barbour County Historical Museum/Philippi Convention & Visitors Bureau, full-time
- City of Huntington's Love Your Block Program, full-time
- City of Morgantown/Morgantown History Museum, full-time
- City of Ravenswood's Museum, full-time
- The Clio Foundation, full-time
- Elkins-Randolph County Public Library, full-time
- Harmony for Hope, full-time
- Jefferson County Historic Landmarks Commission, full-time
- Kanawha Salines Foundation, part-time
- Main Street Martinsburg, part-time
- Main Street Morgantown, part-time
- Preservation Alliance of West Virginia, part-time
- Weirton Area Museum, part-time
