The Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs (ATOP) is here to support you!
This May, we conducted research staff focus groups where we gathered feedback from you and your peers directly. Groups ranged from newer staff who have been at CHOP less than 1 year to more experienced staff who have been here more than 10 years. The Research Staff Engagement Committee, part of the Academic Training Advisory Council (ATAC), is compiling all of your feedback and will be improving research staff support in FY22.

Academic Training and Outreach Programs Website
The Academic Training tier provides professional and career development support for researchers-in-training. We offer one-on-one career counseling, career and professional development programming, resources for grant applicants, and support for CHOP Research Institute mentors.
Advanced Career Exploration (ACE) Fellowship
6-month fellowship program designed to provide current CHOP researchers with critical, CV-building experience in various areas of administration.
