Three Ways to Worship
This week we are offering three ways to worship at WCPC:

Outside Worship - 9:30am
This service will be held in the side Courtyard of the church (Fellowship Hall if the weather is inclement).  Social distancing, but no masks required when outside.  Families are encouraged to attend this service, as young people will not need masks and the payground will be available.  This service will be roughly 45-50 minutes long.

Inside Worship - 11am
This service will be held in the Sanctuary.  As we are inside, social distancing and we ask that anyone who is not yet fully vaccinated where a mask the entire service (including children over the age of 2).  This service will be roughly 45-50 minutes long.

Online Worship
This service will continue in much the same way it has for the past year, with the video posted early Sunday morning to the church website and YouTube Channel.

If you need anything or have questions, you can contact your deacon or elder
or email Tyler at tyler@wexfordcpc.org or call/text at 704.746.2904.

Grace and Peace to you all!  Stay safe (and wash your hands)!

(PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE ATTENDING IN-PERSON WORSHIP)

Weather permitting, worship will be outside
in the courtyard between the Fellowship Hall and the entrance to WCC.
(generally if it's dry and above 50 degrees, we'll try to meet outside.)

In the event of inclement or cold weather, worship will be held in the Fellowship Hall.

Masks will be required indoors for all in attendance who have not been fully vaccinated

Please bring folding chairs/camping chairs/blankets to sit on.
(We will have some chairs available, but the less contact we have with things,
the more we cut the spread of any viruses)

There will be no formal childcare, but weather permitting, the playground will be open for children to play on during the service.

The service will be abbreviated to be less than an hour

The rest of the church building will remain closed
(bathrooms by the church offices will be accessible)

Online Worship will continue each week for those who are unable to attend in person worship

We appreciate your help in doing our best to keep everyone safe and to create a worship experience that is life giving to everyone involved!

Calling All Banner Creators!

We are now ready to start our long awaited banner project and want to invite anyone who wants to participate! If you have any interest and have not contacted Terri Hanahan yet, please email her at tehanahan@gmail.com.
If you have any questions, please reach out.

We will meet in Fellowship Hall, most likely on Saturday or Sunday afternoons in the near future to begin cutting felt pieces. We are looking forward to this anticipated fellowship - hope you can join us!

We Need Your Help!

Now that we are returning to the sanctuary for worship, the Worship Committee is looking for volunteers attending that service who would be willing to help prepare the building for the upcoming week. Duties would include wiping the door handles and bathrooms with disinfectant, turning off the fans and air conditioners and making sure the doors are locked.

If you are willing to help, please email Terri Hanahan at tehanahan@gmail.com for more info.

Thank you!

Ways to Support the Ministry of WCPC

Financial Contributions - Welcome to Columbus United Methodist Church

In this time of social distancing, WCPC continues to minister to the congregation and surrounding community in ways that are new and different.

We are committed to continuing to support our church staff financially during this time not only to allow uninterrupted ministry, but also to better position them to be ready to resume in-person worship services and programs as soon as it is safe and appropriate. The ongoing financial support of the members and friends of this congregation is vital to sustaining this ministry and providing care not only now, but also in the future.  Please help us to keep this ministry alive and vibrant!

You can set the amount & frequency, designate to specific funds (General Fund, Fan the Flame, Missions), and use credit/debit card or PayPal. Online donations are automatically included in your giving statement.
[CLICK THE BLUE BUTTON BELOW TO GIVE ONLINE]

If you prefer to give through checks rather than online, checks can still be mailed to the church office (10645 Perry Hwy, Wexford, PA, 15090) as we still have folks checking the mail and making deposits each week.

Thank you so much for your continued partnership and support of what God is doing through WCPC

AmazonSmile supports WCPC!  AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices, and shopping features as Amazon.com. The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization of your choice.  So when you want to buy through Amazon, log in to Smile.Amazon.com with your usual Amazon ID and password, then search for and select Wexford Community Presbyterian Church.  It’s that easy!  AND you can purchase Amazon Gift Cards from the Vision Fund.
