There is something so calming about being on or near water. I noticed this yesterday evening as I was out for a paddle.

Do you have a river, lake, stream, ocean, or some other water source near you? Could you go walk along it, dip your feet in, go for a paddle, or take a swim? 

Keeping this one short...let's all get away from the screens and get by the water!
