The Southeast Seattle Schools Fundraising Alliance
The Southeast Seattle Schools Fundraising Alliance represents twelve public school PTAs and PTOs in Southeast Seattle, serving 4,400 students collectively. With the implementation of a collaborative fundraising model, our mission is to empower participating schools to address inequities that exist due to Washington state’s underfunding of our public schools. This has led to an increased gap between PTAs that have greater financial and social fundraising capacities and those that don’t. We have partnered with the Alliance for Education to pool and equally distribute any raised funds to participating schools, which will promote equitable access to varying needs as defined by each unique school. You can find more information and donate here.
