June is Seniors Month in Ontario, a month when we celebrate our amazing older adults and the contributions they’ve made in our community.
This year’s theme is “Stay safe, active and connected”, and as you already know, that is the essence of our program. Our classes are online to keep our seniors safe, include gentle movement to keep them active and help us to creatively connect with each other.
Why not surprise a senior in your life and (re)build a meaningful connection by attending a class together? We are sure that sparing 90 minutes of your time will make them feel appreciated and valued.
