Its purpose is to facilitate communication between parents and the school community and to raise and distribute funds to supplement programs and services for the JGMS students and school community. JGMS MUSICAL - YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN
The JGMS Performing Arts Department is proud to present You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. The production will be streamed online at 4:00pm and 7:00pm on Friday, June 11 and Saturday, June, 12, 2021. This musical explores life through the eyes of Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang. Tickets are $15 per device. Donations are encouraged to cover the cost of additional viewers on a particular device. Tickets are on sale NOW at https://jgmsmusical.wordpress.com/tickets/Please note that this show has two casts! One cast’s performance will be streamed on Friday, June 11 at 4:00pm and 7:00pm, and the other cast’s performance will be streamed at the same times on Saturday, June 12. UPCOMING WEBINAR - IMPACT OF THE PANDEMIC ON LEARNING
The Bedford Citizen is hosting a webinar titled "The Impact of the Pandemic on Learning: How Will Schools Respond" Wednesday, June 9th at 7pm via Zoom.
Two of the most important questions of the day are: How has the pandemic affected academic learning in the classroom? And what are the Bedford schools planning in response? These and related questions will be addressed by a panel of local experts at a virtual community forum Wednesday evening sponsored by The Bedford Citizen.
You can register for the webinar and take a brief survey to help shape the discussion here. The host will be Sarita Pillai, parent and Bedford Citizen Board member.

PARENTS COLLECTING FOR 6TH AND 7TH GRADE TEACHER GIFTS
Some parents have gotten together and started a collection for 6th and 7th grade teacher gifts this year. If you are interested in donating please click on the appropriate link below:
To assist and support Bedford residents in need, the Town of Bedford has established a temporary food bank at the Town Center Building (yellow building behind Town Hall) at 12 Mudge Way on the Town Campus.
Families and guardians of Bedford school children are welcome to continue to access Bedford's Food Bank. Please visit the Bedford Food Bank site for more information.
