This is the latest of our weekly newsletters for staff about the work underway to ensure the continuity of Teaching, Learning and Assessment for our students during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Today we are covering:

Celebrating our Everyday Excellence in Teaching

Following the success of the recent Everyday Excellence in an Extraordinary Year event, WIHEA, the Teaching Recognition & Reward Learning Circle and the Warwick Award for Teaching Excellence (WATE) have launched the Wall of Excellence to give visibility to our gratitude and recognition for all the hard work undertaken this year. Part of this comprises some of the 400 WATE nominations received this year, detailing the exceptional contributions of so many people across the institution. We want to go beyond this by encouraging staff, students and the whole Warwick community to share their appreciation for anyone (individuals or teams) who has supported you or made our community a better place to be in the last 12 months. Please use this space to share your experiences, reflections and thanks for Warwick's Everyday Excellence in an Extraordinary Year!

Working with Post-16 Young People Workshop

In this workshop, Wednesday 21 July, 1pm-2pm, we will look at how we can create sessions aimed at Young People aged 16-18 (Year 12 to 13), as well as offering ways in which we can adapt current content and activity. This will be an interactive session, allowing you to share ideas with your colleagues.
