Performance fellow Bernard Akoi-Jackson 
We are so pleased that in the context of our 30th anniversary , artist Bernard Akoi Jackson has arrived from Ghana in the residency studio in Amsterdam. For our celebration we have asked the Amsterdam Museum to select an artist for collaboration. Our fellow Bernard Akoi-Jackson has been invited to work on the 'Golden Coach' project in the Museum and will give a public performance. The exhibition will open in the Amsterdam Museum around 18th June 2021.

Work of fellow Richard Kofi

During Amsterdam Art Week, the work of fellows Richard Kofi  and Guy Wouete will be shown at the exhibition The Situation is Fluid at Amsterdam Art Gallery. Aude Christel Mgba curates the exhitbion of works from the collections of the Rijksakademie and De Ateliers, as well as works from current and former residents of Thami Mnyele Foundation, BijlmAIR, Framer Framed Werkplaats Molenwijk and WOW Amsterdam.

Fellow Em'kal Eyongakpa 


Fellow Sharelly Emanuelson 
Fellow Em'kal Eyongakpa will have his exhibition at iso amsterdam during the Amsterdam Art Week. His work “untitled xii-t.untitled xii – babhi-manyɛp/ babhi-bawɛt, (mbaŋ)” will be presented – an attempt, through a cluster of custom wooden platforms, to transcribe pure audio signals, recorded along selected routes around the neighbourhood of iso amsterdam.

Fellow Sharelly Emanuelson along with 12 other artists have been commissioned to create work that matches with the theme of the Golden Coach exhibition in Amsterdam Museum, so that the contemporary work of art also interwoven with the historical exhibition. The exhibition is from 18th June 2021 to 27th February 2022.

Exhibition view with the work of Option Dzikamai

Fellow Option Dzikamai's work is now on show at exhibition Healing Power in the Tropenmuseum Amsterdam till 6 June 2022. The exhibition Healing Power provides insight into various forms of healing power and shows the search of modern man for balance between body, soul and spirit.
