Dear Family and Friends,

Jesus loves you. How often have you heard that? Of course, growing up - I remember singing the song "Jesus Loves You This I Know For the Bible Tells You So", but how often have you heard this in adulthood? This past week, a friend texted me those three words, and they completely stopped me in my tracks unlike ever before. In that moment, I felt an overwhelming presence of the Holy Spirit and a feeling of gratitude; an opportunity to reflect on Jesus' unconditional love and grace for me. Wow! He loves me because He chooses to love me, and that just leaves me in awe!

So if you haven't heard it lately, I just wanted to remind you that Jesus loves you. He loves you just as you are. Maybe you are feeling the inescapable pressures of life right now - whether dooming failures or unattainable expectations to reach perfection, and that is okay. In those times, just remember that God doesn't expect perfection from us; He knows we are human and that we will stumble in this journey of life, but I think the whole process of life is to allow God to mold us into the men and women He has created us to be. This shaping is a process that takes time and patience, but God is with us every step of the way. He loves you because He loves you.

Ministry Story

This is just a quick snapshot of decorating for Vacation Bible School at Refuge Church. This year's theme is the Rocky Railway! I was helping spray paint the Rocky mountains:) As well as helping in decorating, I will also be a crew leader during the VBS week! VBS is from June 7th to June 11th, please pray that events would run smoothly and that both the volunteers and the kids would encounter Jesus in their weeks:)

Update on Me

Thank you so much for all of your continued prayer support! Recently someone asked me how my soul is feeling, I responded by saying that it feels stronger, more joyful, and at peace. God has grown me so much through this healing process, and I am so thankful for that! Of course, not everyday is perfect, and I often struggle, but God has been giving me hope - knowing that I will be able to use my experiences to love and serve others even better; that, I find exciting!!

Prayer Requests:
- God gives me clarity for the future.
- That I listen to God and follow Him through the doors that He is opening.
- For CCLA (the church plant in LA that I am assisting) that God would bless them abundantly.
- That my mentor and I would continue to dig into our studies of the Sabbath and learn how to regularly incorporate this practice into our lives:)
- That I continually see God and remember Him in everything that I do.

AT3 Share
Above is a social media post that I created for AT3:) I am still helping with communications and design for both AT3 and the church plant in LA. This consists of helping with administration, graphic design, social media, redesigning the AT3 website, learning new video editing technology, and maintaining good communication with my coworkers! I am loving it all; I am so grateful to see how the Lord is using my creative gifts to love and serve others well.

On another note, the AT3 interns have arrived in the UK this past week; they will be there for 2 months. Please keep them in your prayers that they will be safe and allow God to work in them! Also, please pray for the staff as well that during these busy and exciting times they will remember to find rest in the Lord.
Please feel free to reach out to me anytime that you would like; I love hearing from my team and would love to know how I can be praying for you! Thank you again for your continued prayers and support! Sending love and God bless!
