Sproud is a new, innovative brand which is all powered by the amazing yellow split pea and is now available from the Essential Food Co. Their mission is simply to reduce the carbon footprint as well as to protect our planet. Sproud is non-GMO and free from palm-oil ensuring products are as pure as it gets.

Choose from Chocolate, Barista and Unsweetened, where taste and sustainability come together.  The range is low in sugar, fat and carbohydrates, contains the same calcium level as semi-skimmed milk and is allergen free.

Ask about our full selection of wines available from our friends at St Austell Brewery and Polgoon including the single variety White Wine Bacchus made from Bacchus grapes. The UK has taken on the Presidency of the G7 group of nations scheduled for the 11th - 13th June in Carbis Bay, Cornwall. Although we will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible, please anticipate delays as we experience travel restrictions throughout areas such as St Ives, Newquay, Falmouth and the surrounding areas.
