Heart of the Valley
Runners News

June 2021

Friends, Runners, Countrymen,

This weekend will be a tough one for us runners; it's going to be a scorcher. Early birds will get the worms... and avoid boiling on their midday runs! If you can't get out to move before the sun comes up and the temperatures rise, make sure you're staying cool on the run

And if you need to find reprieve in the cold recesses of your home, may this newsletter bring you some information and entertainment.

May the sun shine warm upon your face.

-Abby
