EVICTION MORATORIUM EXTENDED UNTIL JULY 31, 2021
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) director has signed an extension to the eviction moratorium. This will prevent the eviction of tenants who are unable to make rental payments. The moratorium that was scheduled to expire on June 30, 2021, is now extended through July 31, 2021. If you or know someone who is struggling to pay their rent or mortgage due to the pandemic, please pass on these resources.
