Governor Cuomo Announces New York Ending COVID-19
State of Emergency
Today Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced that as of tomorrow, June 24, 2021, the state of emergency in New York will end. Please see Governor Cuomo's press release here. This means that ALL emergency executive orders will expire tomorrow, including all those pertaining to legal and court proceedings.
Obviously, this is a very exciting time for New Yorkers and we hope all of you are getting back to normal. But this may also produce a number of questions. Please let us know if we can be helpful in answering any of your questions or concerns about the end of the emergency.
