In case you have somehow managed to miss it, this to remind you that New Zealand Day in Riegrovy Sady will take place on June 26 (this Saturday).
A small group of us has been working in cooperation with Oko Magazine and Prague 2 council to secure a huge chunk of Riegrovy Sady to stage a mini New Zealand experience. We will have lamb on the spit, NZ wine, Pies, DJ Little Frank , Rockabilly band Gumption and on the cultural side a traditional Maori ceremony, a Haka performed by Lawrence Allen and other random Kiwis, a fashion parade (no nz/aussies in that bit), dancers, films, art exhibition, crafts and more!!!
If you are interested in helping us out in running such a large event then please get in touch with Oko or us - we do need help 😉. Otherwise, spread the word and see you there!!!
