We’ve reached a big milestone for  our company's growth! I'm proud to announce Hnin Johnson will start on July 1 as CuriosityBased's first full-time employee.

Hnin (pronounced "nin") and I first started working together two years ago when she joined my team at the Washington Technology Industry Association while working on her practicum as part of a Master’s in Social Work program. This past year, she worked part-time while finishing up her Masters of Public Administration, which she earned a few weeks ago.

Hhin was born and raised in Myanmar. She went to study in Singapore at age 18 and continued her studies in Utah. She worked on semiconductors for years. Hnin is the team's project manager and my trusted “right-hand” person. She ensures our clients, consulting and research projects run smoothly. I’ve never seen anyone more excited about creating a Gantt chart. You can read more about Hnin here

The Business Case for Curiosity - There are so many business cases on why curiosity matters. One of them is Hire for Curiosity: In 2004 an anonymous billboard appeared on Highway 101, in the heart of Silicon Valley, posing this puzzle: “{first 10-digit prime found in consecutive digits of e}.com.” The answer, 7427466391.com, led the curious online, where they found another equation to solve. The handful of people who did so were invited to submit a résumé to Google. Learn more about why curiosity matters!
