The New York State Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is now accepting applications:

If you have already applied, please make sure to contact our office and provide us with your Application Number and Date of Birth so that we can complete the Landlord portion of your application package. Without this information, the Landlord cannot complete the application package and your application may not be reviewed as priority by NYS for the requested rent relief. It is important that you contact us with your Application Number and Date of Birth so we can help you receive this rent relief.

If you have already contacted us with this information, we truly appreciate it and are working on submitting the Landlord portion on your behalf.
