"Kittyko on the Lawn" Performance at Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site


BISMARCK, N.D. – The Former Governors’ Mansion State Historic Site is hosting “Kittyko on the Lawn: Stuffed Animals and Wagons” July 13 from 11 a.m. to noon. The mansion is located at 320 East Ave. B in Bismarck. This free event is open to all ages.

Participants can move, sing, and dance at this program. Local musician Kittyko will sing songs and tell stories about real and imaginary animals, friendship, and adventures. Those attending are encouraged to bring stuffed animals, wagons, pinwheels, and flags for a grand finale parade around the mansion grounds. 
 
The Former Governors’ Mansion is a state historic site managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, noon-4 p.m. For more information about the Former Governors’ Mansion, contact 701.328.9528.
