A towel can be used for more than just drying yourself! It can be another tool in your healthy-you help box. With appropriate uses of towels and resistance bands, plus correct and appropriate posture and exercises, aches and pains can be reduced, improving our quality of life. Towel Exercise and Resistance Band Workouts are enjoyable, fuss-free workouts we can do almost anywhere and anytime.
To do these exercises properly and safely, training is important. These two enjoyable sessions will show you how to use towels and resistance bands safely and effectively. Join us and take the next step to better health and flexibility.

Don't forget your towel. Recommended size is approximately 73 x 33cm; similar to "祝君早安” towel size.
*Demonstration of towel exercise and resistance band workout will be made during the sharing session. Participants are invited to prepare your own towel and resistance band and try doing the exercise with us!
