WELCOME!

We have loved seeing so many families making the most of their membership at Fairwood Lakes during the amazing sunny spell recently. The rain may have set in for now, but there’s plenty on the horizon to look forward to as we count down to the start of the summer holidays.
 

EVENTS

Thank you to all families who have signed up to Fairwood Lakes' summer events, starting with our Caribbean Barbecue on Friday 23rd July, followed by Rocktopus on 14th August and Nutty Noah on 28th August, all from 5pm to 8pm. There is still some limited availability at our Caribbean Barbecue, so please email bookings@fairwoodlakes.com to reserve your space. The Rocktopus and Nutty Noah events have now reached capacity.

Our team are bringing together ideas for other events over the coming months, so keep an eye on our events page, Facebook and Instagram to see what's coming up. We will be following Government guidelines and will inform you as soon as possible if we have to change any plans.

THE TEAM

We have added some new faces to our wonderful team who all help to make Fairwood Lakes a fun and relaxing place for families. As well as new Baristas on board, we now have two Assistant Managers – Becca, who many of our guests have known over the years, is joined by Becky who has moved to Fairwood Lakes after managing teams at Eurocamp. Both Becky and Becca share a love of travel and hospitality, and are passionate about helping our guests enjoy a memorable experience at Fairwood Lakes.

JOB OPPORTUNITY
Would you like to join the team? We are looking for an experienced cook every other weekend to help our team deliver the menu, from salads and paninis to pasta dishes and filled jackets. There is a minimum of 16 hours every other weekend, and during the season there could be more hours. If you are interested, or know someone who could be, and you have a great eye for detail then we would love to hear from you. Take a look at our job advert on Facebook for more details.

SOFT PLAY
We are really sorry that our soft play remains closed under current Government restrictions. We are closely monitoring national health and safety guidelines and will confirm as soon as possible when the soft play will reopen.

REMINDERS:

• Please continue to wear your face covering when using our facilities inside the café.

• Please use our recycling bins to keep the park safe and clean.

• Our opening times from Monday to Saturday are 9am – 5pm (6pm in the summer holidays) and 10am – 4pm on Sundays.

• Enjoy 25% off all children’s meals after school during term time. We offer pasta dishes, jacket potatoes with a range of fillings, sandwich boxes and weekly specials, including Macaroni Monday, Wedges Wednesday and Fajita Friday. Give yourself an evening off and leave the cooking to us!

• We are hosting an exclusive wedding on 11th September. The park will be closed to all guests that weekend so please look out for updates on our opening and closing times before and after that weekend via our Facebook or Instagram pages.
