Hi All,
We are happy to confirm the date for the Blast to the Past is the 13th November 2021 at the Waiuku Rugby Club.
As with everything, the costs of hosting these events are ever increasing so this year we are asking for an entry fee from attendees. In the past we have always just relied on people having cash but as this has been a problem we are looking at having a number of mobile eftpos units at the entrance gates for those that only have cards.
This is where I am asking your help. If you have a mobile eftpos machine and would be willing to lend it to us for the event we will gift you a $30 voucher to say thank you for supporting us and our community event. We would take full responsibility for the machine while in our care and all you would need to do is transfer over the funds collected after the event.
We will also add you your business name to the sponsor credits. If you would be happy to help us out with this request please contact me at your soonest convenience. A huge thank you in advance.
A very exciting week for Waiuku business. We have Rustic NZ and Ko Lab opening their new joint store at 1 Martyn Street this evening from 5pm, then on Saturday Lilo and Manu launching their fantastic new business DOGGY from 10-2pm. We wish them all the best with their new business ventures going forward.
