You Should Be Here: As the FORT MASON FLIX drive-in movie theater pop-up comes to a close, we welcome you to visit Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture (FMCAC), we are OPEN for Summer 2021 with in-person events returning to campus (along with online offerings) from our resident organizations and clients.

Farewell To FLIX: You're also invited to a free farewell Block Party for FLIX and to celebrate summer re-opening fun on Saturday, June 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Join the party and visit the outdoor West Coast Craft Market while enjoying great fun and fare from FMCAC residents, including food trucks, art activities, musical performances, a Baby Rave dance party, tours, plus classic cartoons and a FLIX film. 


The Hivery in Building D is offering free tours and giving out free passes, journals, and workday planning sheets during the FLIX Block Party. Stop by Hang Art gallery in Building A to see an art exhibit of work by San Francisco Bay Area artists during the Block Party.

Don't miss the free FORT MASON FLIX Block Party on Saturday, June 26, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Held outdoors with the West Coast Craft Market, the party has cartoons, DJs, and slideshows with resident groups hosting classes, contests, and concerts, and beverages and food for sale.

FMCAC resident, The Hivery, is a co-working space and entrepreneur incubator that hosts in-person and Zoom events. The Hivery re-opens June 29, 12:00 p.m. with an in-person Welcome Back Lunch near their Mill Valley, CA location. TheHivery.com has in-person event updates.

BATS Improv

BATS IMPROV SHOWS & CLASSES

BATS Improv has delivered with virtual shows and classes during the pandemic and now it's time to add in-person classes, workshops, and summer camps to the mix. Zoom shows are still on the menu every Friday and Saturday night while Summer Zoom and live classes are here for all ages. 

Museo Italo Americano

MUSEO ITALO AMERICANO EXHIBITS & EVENTS

BLUE BEAR SCHOOL OF MUSIC IS ROCKIN'

Blue Bear is ready for Summer with in-person camps for teens and Zoom classes for all ages. Online private lessons are available, as are small-group classes on Zoom. Blue Bear has also started video on-demand classes and online band workshops using JackTrip software with Raspberry Pi. 

Childrens Art Center

SAN FRANCISCO CHILDREN'S ART CENTER

The Children's Art Center offers in-person and virtual summer classes and camps for childrens ages three through 11 years old. In-person and Zoom classes meet during mornings or afternoons, while the weekly summer camps meet in-person, Monday through Friday. 

Young Performers Theatre

YOUNG PERFORMERS THEATRE FOR SUMMER

Young Performers Theatre is celebrating summer with weekly, in-person summer camps, known as "Performance Theatre Workshops," for children in grades two through 11. Each weekly camp concludes with a fully staged production featuring characters and a script developed during camp.
