This Month's Production Tip:
Non Linear Editing Software
From Left to Right:
DaVinci Resolve
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
Avid Media Composer
Imovie

Let's talk common editing softwares. They all offer the same basic functions - cut footage, rearrange footage, audio edits, adding audio, etc. Some softwares operate at an industry standard level, while others operate at a more consumer friendly level. Once you begin your editing journey, you will likely fall into one software that you feel best fits your workflow. If you are just starting out in the field, Imovie comes free with Mac computers, and DaVinci Resolve offers a free version that is downloadable. No matter which software you use, you can find ample amounts of tutorials online with a simple search. If you are interested in online training courses for any of these editing softwares, email us at info@whca.tv.

Each software is linked above for you to further explore!

Thank you for reading and we hope to see you at WHCA or one of the two communities that we proudly serve. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us, as the WHCA staff looks forward to working with you!
