Camp News Update - Fundraising.

 

Dear Parents/Caregivers of Years 7 and 8, 

 

It has been great to see the wonderful job the students did with our first fundraiser selling chocolates. A big thank you to all those who participated and I hope you enjoyed the great tasting chocolate!


In terms 2 and continuing into term 3 too, we will continue holding sausage sizzles every Friday to help earn the much needed funds for camp. Do you have spare time to help? We will need your help to cook!  Sign up here if you can help - we need two people each Friday for 1 hour! 


It’s Sausage sizzle time!

When: Every Friday for the rest of the term!         

Cost: $2.00 each

 

Order and pay at the office by 12:00PM  Thursday prior. 

(No late orders please as sausages cooked to order)

 
  • All sausages are halal, and vegetarian options are available.

  • All proceeds are now going towards our Year ⅞ camp to Stewart Island. 

 

Helpers needed:

  • We require two parents to cook the sausages.  The expectation is that you would be at school at 12:00pm to prep and cook the sausages for lunch that day, ready for the 1.00pm lunch bell.  The Year 7 and 8 children will help serve.

  • If you can assist with cooking on the day, please put your name down on this list. Click here.

 

Another fundraising date to keep free is Sunday 8th August 2021. We will be holding our fun Quiz afternoon. There will be prizes and raffles and we hope you will join us by booking a table and bringing your friends along!

Summer Camp Fundraiser 

We need your help! 

As part of our fundraising efforts, we need all Year 7 and Year 8 students to make a bottle donation please. This can be anything in bottle form, from a bottle of shampoo, to a bottle of wine! (Please do not wrap them).
The bottles will be raffled as prizes during our Quiz afternoon on Sunday 8th August 2021. 

(PS - Please make sure the bottle is unopened and also not out of date!)

Thanks for your bottle donation to help raise funds for School Camp.

 


Our final fundraising event will be during term 3, which will be the incredible Art Auction. More details to follow soon, but in preparation for the auction - if you know an artist that might like to donate something to be auctioned, then please chat to them and let us know! 

  Please note down these dates. The children and I appreciate all the help you can give. Your continued support with fundraising will help in reducing the cost of camp for all of our families.
