Helen and I went to Michigan in late May to attend the wedding of Dylan and Maddi, our grandson and his fiancé, What a beautiful time.
Neither of us had been to Michigan, and we loved the green! Wyoming is green this year, but not like Michigan! We were also able to visit different sites, including the Fallasburg covered bridge.

In addition to the wedding, we were able to visit Lake Michigan at Holland Harbor and its lighthouse, and to Grand Haven to see its lighthouse as well. Below is my favorite picture of Helen at Grand Haven.
It was a huge blessing that we were able to visit several of our supporters and some other people we know in the Grand Rapids area. We praise God for each of them, and are encouraged by them.

ANAM Conference in Branson
Each year some of the TBM home office goes to the ANAM conference. This year it was held in Branson. ANAM is an umbrella organization for small mission organizations.
The theme this year was “Cutting Through the Cultural Fog.” Tony Beckett, author of “Dancing With God,” spoke on current cultural issues such as BLM, gay marriage, Antifa, Fake News, etc.
Being informed through multiple information sources (i.e. CBS news, ABC, NBC, Fox, foreign news outlets, etc.) gives the believer balance in figuring out some semblance of truthful news.
Later in the week many of us went to Sights and Sounds to see “Jesus.” Awesome!

Pray for the “newbies”
TBM has several new or newer S.T.E.P. program interns and missionaries. Pray for them as they seek the Lord’s will for their ministry. They will be trained by experienced missionaries, so pray that the Lord will bring into each situation those faith-builders and experience-builders needed for times yet to come. They are:

Special Prayer
Please be in prayer for Ron and Wanda Thompson as they seek to move back to La Grange. They will need to sell their home (Elim House) in Utah. Thank you for your prayers on their behalf.
