Neighborhood Updates
The Coalition is piloting a public safety email address for Marlborough residents who choose not to share information about a specific neighborhood incident or concern with the KCPD. publicsafety@wearemarlborough.org
This email box is monitored by the Coalition’s Public Safety Task Force. The Task Force will anonymously report information to Metro Patrol as appropriate and/or determine if some type of neighborhood action or referral might resolve an issue.
This summer, we are especially interested in identifying blocks with speeding issues and nuisance incidents, property damage, and dumping in the Paseo/Woodland corridor between 79th and 87th as well as speeding and racing on any streets.
Disclaimer: Call 911 immediately if you believe you are experiencing or witnessing an emergency that needs an immediate response, including circumstances that could escalate to a crime, shots fired, and threatening situations. Do not rely on communication through this email for immediate urgent needs.

WELCOME NEW COALITION BOARD MEMBER KIM CURRY
|
|
|
Kim Curry joined the Coalition’s Board of Directors in May 2021. She retired from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2020. Kim’s FAA career started in Kansas City and then took her to Washington DC. She moved to Marlborough when she retired. Soon after moving to Marlborough, she became active in the Coalition’s Public Health & Safety and Housing Task Forces.
Kim is no stranger to Marlborough. Under the Curry Development Group, she was a pioneer of housing redevelopment in the neighborhood by building new single-family homes on Prospect Avenue from 8300 to 8400. She has plans underway to build additional homes north of the existing houses.
We appreciate the passion and many skills Kim brings to build a stronger Marlborough!
