CONNECTING ARTS & SUSTAINABILITY IN SCOTLAND

Welcome to our June newsletter!

There's lots to read, watch and do this month - discover the locations of Scotland's Climate Beacons for COP26; learn about the key concerns communities in the Outer Hebrides have about their marine environment; catch up on three motivating sessions from Cultural Adaptations, and read how Central St Martins' students employed their skills and practices to generate an alternative outtake on the topic of climate change.

Our news

Seven Climate Beacons announced

Earlier this month we had the pleasure of announcing seven Climate Beacons that will inspire public engagement and positive action in the run-up to and beyond COP26 in November. Congratulations to all the partners involved, which range from museums, libraries and arts centres to environmental bodies, academic institutions and community trusts, in these regions:
  • Argyll
  • Caithness & East Sutherland
  • Fife
  • Inverclyde
  • Midlothian
  • The Outer Hebrides
  • Tayside
We look forward to supporting these exciting projects over the coming months.
