Revival Weekend Report & Celebration

We thank the Lord for a significant weekend in and through His Church! Our weekend began with opportunities to SERVE and GO:

There was a group in Baltimore City for the Community Clean Up & Cook Out helping care for several areas within the Coppin Heights neighborhood. Andresa Frederick helped organize the event and reported that local residents turned out as well with some community leaders and city officials. There were some great connections made for our Baltimore City church plant, The Way Church.

Around the same time, the Evangelism Team and others from our church family went on a prayer walk in the King’s Court neighborhood across the street from the church. Niki Pappas reported that the group declared liberty over that area and prayed for a demonstration. The neighbors were so receptive; asking for prayer right there and offering contact information for further contact. This is just the beginning!

And then on Sunday, for our RIGHT NOW Revival we were tremendously blessed by the ministry from Rev. Rema Duncan.

In the morning, we were reminded that our identity and purpose are changed when we encounter the presence of God; that we should cherish the birthright more than a blessing and that the birthright is the blessing! (Watch on YouTube) That evening, we were assured that our prayers would not die. That God will use someone building a memorial of prayer and giving for a breakthrough. That we're here because of the prayer of others and that in God's timing we can receive the result of those prayers. (Watch on YouTube)

There was a beautiful apostolic witness in our gatherings with the gifts of the Spirit, ministry of the body, and prayers of faith. We celebrate that we had one water baptized in Jesus name and another filled with the Holy Spirit! Our Kids Church service in the morning reported three of our children were also Spirit-filled! Praise God!

These type of experiences and messages are marked as milestones in the growth of our church. Let's take what the Lord has done in us and through us to another level of hunger and dedication. Let’s believe that we can see the fruit of our efforts and prayers, not just in the far off future, but RIGHT NOW!

Praying for you all, our church and community,

Rob Warlick, Administrative Pastor
