Note from the Commodore about the Building Improvement Levy
At the AGM the Club agreed to establish a Building Improvement Levy of $70 per family membership for a period of five years. The purpose of this is to provide the Club with additional revenue that will be used help pay for the new building once we have resource consent and final plans.
The levy will be placed in a separate Building Improvement Account and remain unused until the Club agrees to go ahead with the new build.
This will be proposed at a separate Special General Meeting, hopefully in the not-too-distant future.
At present the Committee’s thinking is that the fund will be put towards our ability to service debt as well as a capital contribution over time. Over the next few months I intend to hold several meetings for members to discuss ways and means of raising the funds for the project.

Last Saturday morning early the stars were aligned and 'Lunacy' prevailed.
Someone pulled the cord inside the tractor shed to close the garage door disengaging the mechanism. Along with this someone also tried to extract a tractor with the door not fully up damaging the door.
Please close the door with the switch inside the door directly behind the lockbox.
Not the pull cord.
