When accessing the platform we advise using Chrome or Firefox as your browser, other browsers can prove to be unstable especially Edge and safari.
It’s a video streaming platform. If you normally access your internet via a corporate VPN or Firewall you may find your camera and mic access are blocked unless you can white label the URL which will involve your IT dept. If this is the case, our suggestion is to use an alternative method of connecting online to avoid connection blockage.
Login Now and test your access and your camera/mic are working, don’t wait until event day to discover you have a problem, drop in now.
