Cross Roads Police Chief Community Event

The Town of Cross Roads is in the process of selecting the first Police Chief for the Cross Roads Police Department.  The application process closed on June 13th and the candidates are currently being narrowed down.  There will be an assessment and interview process for the semi-finalists on Friday, June 25th.  The finalists will then be selected and will participate in a Community Meet and Greet and interview by the Town Council on Saturday, June 26th.

The Community Meet and Greet is scheduled for Saturday, June 26th from 9am to approximately 11:30 am.  The finalists will be asked questions submitted by the members of the community.  Community members will be asked to provide feedback on the finalists for review by the Town Council during their afternoon interviews.

Please submit any questions to police@crossroadstx.gov no later than Wednesday, June 23rd.  We will make every effort to include as many questions as possible considering the time constraints.  If we receive several questions that are similar in nature, we will attempt to combine them to provide a broad question.  Feedback on the candidates must be provided by comment cards at the event or emailed to police@crossroadstx.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 26th for Council to receive them for consideration.
