Following on from Wednesday's statement by the Acting Premier announcing the further easing of restrictions, I am writing to let you know our plans for worship at the Cathedral this Sunday. Current restrictions permit a maximum of 75 people in the Cathedral for worship.
To attend you need to both book online (see link below) and also check in with the QR code on arrival at the Cathedral for contact tracing.
At 10am, members of the Venerable Order of St John and St John Ambulance will be present in the Cathedral for their Annual Service, which means there will be spaces for 20 congregation members. We encourage you to considered attending the 8am or 1pm service instead, or join us online. The sermon at 1pm will be in English and Mandarin. Our final Bible Study on the Book of Revelation will take place at 11.15am via Zoom to allow people from all congregations to attend.
To book to attend the 8am, 10am or 1pm service, please use this link:
When you come to St Paul’s you will still need to check-in via QR Code check-in for contact tracing purposes.
We anticipate that with further easing of restrictions, on Sunday 27 June we will be able to have our Combined Patronal Festival Service at 10am (likely capped at 300 people) which should allow members of all congregations to attend. This will be followed by our Annual General Meeting at 11.15am for members of the Cathedral’s Electoral Roll concluding with refreshments at the back of the Cathedral. A copy of the Annual Report can be viewed here.
As always, services will continue to be livestreamed for those who are not able to join us in the Cathedral.
