Blessing & Cupcake Reception For Trinity's Graduates - Sunday, June 20th
This Sunday, we will bless our high school and college graduates and send them out to their new endeavors. The blessing will occur during the 10 am Eucharist. An outdoor cupcake reception will follow. Please continue to keep the following graduates in your prayers: Graduating from High school - Izzy Grable, Tommy Hinson, and Nick Lewis. College graduates: Zenden Cole, Bridget Flynn, Tommy King, Hannah Preston and Annie Swindell.
Trinity's Summer of Love!
Did you miss last Sunday’s intergenerational gathering? It’s OK. Each Summer of Love offering is independent. After the 10 a.m. indoor service this Sunday, we will get together outdoors to celebrate the Trinity graduates and work together on an outreach project. This week’s theme is To the Neighbor: Love helps us be brave. Our community outreach will be writing a letter or decorating a Thank- you card to pandemic workers.
Let Us Know What You Think!
As we begin to transition out of the pandemic we are looking for your input and ideas. Please click on this Link to complete our congregational survey.
Independence Day Parade - Saturday, July 3rd
The Trinity community is delighted that the Towson parade passes by our properties on Allegheny Avenue. Our tradition is to invite friends and neighbors to help ring the church bell one time for each year of U.S. independence.
As usual, Trinity youth will be parking cars in the Trinity lot ($5), and offering beverages to parade watchers - for a donation, of course. This fundraiser for the youth pilgrimage to Colorado is more profitable when parishioners are able to donate a 12 pack of soft drinks or water. Due to environmental concerns about plastic waste, we are asking for donations of water in cans or boxes. LaCroix and other brands of bubbly water are popular right now. Poland Spring also has still water in cans. Our most requested parade drinks are water, canned lemonade or orange drinks, diet coke, and juice boxes. Please drop your donations off in the Narthex or outside Memorial Hall.
