Well first things first, I'm sorry that many of you were disappointed that our Club Meeting last week on Zoom didn't happen. As it turned out, I .. and many other folk around South Gippsland .. had no power, no Internet, no phone, and even no ABC radio. So there was no way to let our members know what had happened.

Actually my wife & I only got power on yesterday (Wednesday). Since then I've caught up with other Committee members to see what we can do to replace the aborted meeting.

As always, we'd prefer to do a face to face meeting at the Leongatha Church hall, but the remaining regional Covid restrictions seem to limit the numbers of participants to a rather small number.

So the conclusion was ... we'll have another shot at a Zoom meeting on Thursday 24th June.

The meeting will start at 7:30pm with no Beginners session beforehand.

After the usual club formalities, chaired this time by VP Peter Gatehouse, there will be a discussion on the recent VRBA Conference in Geelong. Rob and Sam will discuss the Tocal Bio-Security Course they attended prior to the conference, and then they and other members who attended the conference will be commenting on the sessions they felt were notable.

So, fingers-crossed! Let's try again.
