As part of Hiring Up, we've been actively exploring non-traditional sources to find high quality candidates. Some of our most successful members use Handshake to find new and soon-to-graduate candidates with early education degrees.
This spring one of our members used Handshake to find soon-to-graduate candidates. This worked great since these students are not quite in the job market, yet are typically available and happy to interview.
The CQEL member participated in an online career fair in March, where the university held both group and one-on-one interviews through the Handshake platform. They met a dozen candidates in one day.
