Live Streamed Mass on Sunday at 8.30am
For the last few weeks we have been streaming Mass live at 8.30am from St Augustine’s, this will also be available to watch later in the day. To subscribe to this new channel click here.
This replaces the weekly recorded Mass.
Evening Mass this Saturday, 10th July, at Christ the Cornerstone
This Saturday 10th July Bishop David will join us to celebrate the sacrament of confirmation for about fifty of our young people. Because of the continuing restrictions upon the number of people who can gather in our churches, we will have two Confirmation Masses (3pm and 7pm) at Christ the Cornerstone. This will mean that there will be no regular 5.30pm Mass on that day.

Sunday Morning Mass at St Bede’s
After a very helpful conversation at St Bede’s a few weeks ago, we have decided to move the current Sunday morning Mass time to 8.30am from this Sunday,11th July. This will allow greater flexibility with the Sunday Mass schedule. Thank you to the people of St Bede’s for your generosity. We will review how things have been working at Christmas.

Sunday Evening Mass at St Augustine’s
We have gradually increased the number of our Sunday Masses as needs have required.  We have begun to celebrate Mass again on Sunday evening at St Augustine’s at 6.30pm. This will continue to increase the opportunities to come to Mass at different times across the weekend.

A Message from CAFOD
It has been a difficult time for many people over the last year and we are so thankful for the support the Catholic community has given to us and the work you’ve made possible. Here are a few examples of communities transformed by water, including a nice video of Binga from Zimbabwe delighted at a new water source – ‘I even whooped for joy.’
