A new IntelliBrand app has landed in the Play Store today with a couple of useful new features which may interest you.

1. New Photos option

As well as taking a photo in a Call or Survey or Audit, you are now also able to browse to a photo from your Photo Gallery and attach this to the call.

Anywhere in the IntelliBrand app where you have photo functionality, you will now see the following dialogue when taking a photo:




"ADD FROM GALLERY" will let you pick any photo from your tablets photo gallery, and add it in the exact same manner as taking a photo (i.e you can add a comment, a photo tag etc).


2.  New Console option to view Import files

We have created a new option on the Console to let you view the import files that are being sent to IntelliBrand from your ERP system. This is particularly useful where you need to check why a product may not be appearing as expected in IntelliBrand.

To access this option, go to Troubleshooting/View Import Files on your console.

You can see all your imports down the left hand side, and click on any one of them to see when the file was created by your ERP system, and to view the data in the file. You can easily search/filter the data as per any IntelliBrand standard grid.

You can also download the file or email it.




3.Updated Merchandising Module

We have greatly enhanced the customisation of the Merchandising Module and made it much more adaptable to your specific needs. We have also added a couple of new reports to supplement this module.
