Poetry in Plain Sight
The North Carolina Poetry Society is proud and honored to announce a new partnership with the UNC-Greensboro University and Jackson Library Archives. The Special Collections Department will now serve as a repository for Poetry In Plain Sight archives; poetry posters (hard copies and electronic); plus relevant historical records from the program’s inception and development. This month, 265 posters were delivered to Stacey Krim of UNC-G.

The delivery represents the majority of featured poems through August 2021. This does not represent the full collection of featured poetry since 2013, but includes all we currently have in our archives.

Special thanks to Terry Kennedy, MFA program director and editor of The Greensboro Review, and Eric Weil for introducing us to Stacey and her colleagues Kathleen Smith and Patrick Dollar, and for their cooperation and willingness to accept Poetry In Plain Sight into the Jackson Library Archives.
