In this newsletter: This week, we just share a few stories that Alinker users shared with us and useful links. Enjoy

Thank you The Alinker USA & Canada for the warm wishes yesterday. It was a great day to be out and about on our Alinker. The staff at the imaging center were all so thrilled to see the Alinker, one staff member even took it for a stroll down the hall at my urging!
We were greeted with such enthusiasm and positivity over it, truly warmed my heart. Then we were off to Costco and meet with much of the same!
As expected, lots of questions, smiles and curious looks. We did have one person look at us and make a face and gave us an “ughhh” remark. And that’s ok, if she ever finds herself in a compromised mobility situation I’d be the first to demonstrate just how much the Alinker has given back to me!
Thank you again for designing the Alinker and giving us back our freedom! Long may we roll!! 🧡
Inventory is running low
and after this inventory runs out
the price goes up and next shipments come after September
Yesterday I went on my first long walk with my Alinker and it was amazing! I feel my brain come alive when I’m on it, it’s a feeling I haven’t felt in a long time and it’s exhilarating! I managed almost 2km which is a big victory for me 👏🏻
My butt still gets quite sore though, because I’m not used to being on a saddle, but it doesn’t compare to the pain I would’ve been in, had I not had the bike and been on foot.
A few of you had questions about my first Alinker air travel experience. Delta was terrific and tagged it with this nifty tag when I showed up at the gate. I wheeled it right up the ramp to the plane and checked it with the strollers and wheelchairs. It was waiting for me when I exited. I felt great using it at the airports, more independent than I’ve felt in years. I usually travel with my husband, who is a terrific supporter and travel companion. But I always enjoyed traveling alone before airports become a challenge. I feel that now that I have my Alinker, I can resume independent travel. I’m going to do that sometime this year. I don’t have a specific plan or destination but I just want to do it to enjoy that feeling of independence.
PS: Delta let me keep the tag and I’m keeping it on the bike. I like that it conveys the message more subtly than others I’ve seen.
