This week's session, by Lauren

For over a year, we have developed an formidable knowlege repository of our calls, and each week we do pruning by creating video wraps like the one below. This is a social contract created by the wisest people we could recruit. We are following CICOLAB member Scott Moehring's concept of Thinking Inside the Box to give you empowerment guardrails that let you feel you can safely explore and assert yourselves. Charles and I are in a process of handing over the reigns to YOU in order to create the space to be leaders in your own right. It is time for you to explore our knowledge garden and use our body of shared wisdom to develop your own capacity for leadership.

This coming session is about creating an all-new org chart that expands past Charles and Lauren to include everyone involved in CICOLAB. We will discuss roles: what we want to have as outputs, and what inputs we need to achieve those goals, and the roles we must construct to make sure we get the right inputs.

This session has been designed to be short and highly productive. Please check out the Miro board below in advance if you want to be better prepared for tomorrow. We will be basing these roles on the values we have already identified to be critical to CICOLAB's success.

Quick recap from last session: Lauren shares what she has learned from Peter Koenig on source principles, the idea that the visionary must take 100% of the responsibility for an organization when there is misalignment and dysfunction. She denounces her cowardice and shares her true driving vision for CICOLAB. Then, spontaneously, the rest of CICOLAB does the same, and we have one of our most satisfying sessions ever.
