The San Francisco Lovers are your new Internet Series Underchampions! After Seasons of struggle, the Bay Area’s best friends huddled up and showed love to the competition, giving away game after game on the way to the franchise’s first title and the first Underchampionship since Blaseball’s Return!
UNDERDONE
Teams went increasingly negative in Season 20, relying on Underhanded pitchers to toss in absolute meatballs, begging opposing hitters to do their best-worst and wreaking havoc on the economy and the standings.
GOING LONG
The mysterious Reader has revealed the Depth Chart, giving Teams the opportunity to catch their bearings, secure their Positions, and eye the Over/Under of their Seasonal prospects.
LIGHT SWITCH
In a moment of levity, as the Runs and Wins poured in, Fans were delighted to see their Ballparks inflate Balloons, providing their heroes with some much-needed lift (and occasionally scaring off the odd feathered friend).
EXTRASun
A contested Election saw Fans Set Sun(30) on the League, drawing from the immeasurable power of Sun(Sun) to reward Teams willing to go the distance. Management rejoiced in the light of the extra innings addition, confident their recent investment in unprecedented solar power has put Blaseball on a path to big Wins and even bigger Ratings.
ALASKA FOREVER?
League Historian Lōotcrates approved the release of new Chapters for public consumption in the ILB Library, introducing Fans to the deceased Alaskan Immortals, former champions of the Ultra League. As ancient names filled new space in the Hall and took to haunting Crabs hitter Kennedy Loser, fans were left to question -- what other secrets might be unearthed? Who might be found?
