The cleared area will be the new park entrance. It will include parking, restrooms, kiosk and be the starting point for adventures at Valdese Lakeside Park. From there it will be a short walk to the Overlook at Meditation Point, the Kayak Launch and starting on the Greenway.
Reminder: The grassy field parking lot at the end of Lake Rhodhiss Drive is now closed.
