Greetings!

The Bakery has been updated and all bakes are available to order online now.


Sweet of the week is Chocolate Hazelnut Babka.


A sweet enriched plaited loaf or knotted buns with an indulgent chocolate hazelnut filling.

I am baking seeded Sourdough in small and large sizes, as well as Isleworth Sourdough and Wholemeal Spelt yeasted loaves.
 

Focaccia topping this week is  Potato, Onion and Rosemary.

Important dates


Next Week is market week. I will be baking on Thursday 15th and Saturday 17th.
No bake the week of the 22nd July as I am away, then  I will be back baking on 29th July which may be my last bake before September - depending on the disruption of imminent building work. Update to follow.
