This Comms is destined for BaaS partners
Hi,
Aiming to provide transparency in our processes, we inform you that there are Visa flag charges foreseen in the manuals and fully paid by Dock that have not been passed on to Partners until the present moment. These are the charges:
- For any denied withdrawal, there is a charge of R$1.30 per transaction;
- Besides this, there is a penalty when the percentage of approved withdrawals is below 65% of the monthly volume (monthly volume of transactions per BIN). This penalty is U$5.00 per transaction below the stipulated limit.
Both charges will begin in August 2021 (referring to the transactional month of June 2021 M-2) and will be made after the processing of the flag's monthly invoice, in the same way as other transactional charges referring to card use.

Knowing that a good part of this volumetry can be avoided with communication actions with the cardholder, we suggest mitigating actions such as:
- Indicating the type of use of the card in withdrawal operations (example of text in the graphic design of the physical card itself: "use only in the credit function");
- Sending SMS and/or push notification with instructions;
- Give instructions to the cardholder in the leaflet delivered with the plastic;
- Provide orientation during the onboarding process.
- Other actions can also contribute to this index and we can discuss them in appropriate forums.
An individual calculation of the denied transactions for the first four months of 2021 will be sent to each partner soon, for their knowledge and mitigation actions to be taken.
There will be no retroactive billing.
