Just a short one today, sharing a video of a fascinating chat I had with Ben Unsworth, Director for Service Transformation at Essex County Council.

Ben shares loads of fantastic insight into his work building a design service inside a large organisation, the pressures that come from doing so in a remote working environment with limited finances, and how building your own shed can make you miserable.
